Introducing the LEGEND OF ZELDA : OCARINA OF TIME N64 US NAVY CHALLENGE COIN CARTRIDGE! Background: A Military distributed challenge coin to members belonging to a certain unit / detachment / group in the U. Navy who also are fans of Nintendo/ Zelda , which is how this coin came to be! This Coin was modeled after the N64 Cart for the N64 title – Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time! This was distributed to those in the ATGWP – which stands for – “Afloat Training Group Western Pacific” Stationed out of Japan! The Cart came in different color / finish variants with some being numbered individually. This is a Standard Version – “BLUE” Link. No Serial # – Approx 250 issued. FRONT OF COIN: A pretty much faithful recreation of the N64 Cartridge but on a more flat body, The design mimics the official TLOZ:OAT N64 Cartridge design! The lines / indents on the sides and edges of the coin can be felt – The center exhibits a high relief design of the Game logo with some USNavy themed differences! We see the title “The legend of ATGWP – Forge of time”, Rated “T” for “Trainer” Content Rated by USN – hehe kewl. The N64 “N” logo is and the official Nintendo Seal of Quality emblem are present to the right! The “N” has FCPON64 above it, referring to Forward Chief Petty Officer! The Nintendo SealofQ is replaced with Official “FDNF-J” meaning Foward Deployment Naval Forces – Japan! REAR OF COIN: Onto the rear, we see again a high relief design, and we see an all Blue Link! Great detail to Link himself, and the sword and base! The top left has wording, which reads “A sword wields no strength unless the hand that holds it has courage”. The wording is also slightly raised from the surface of the coin! An all metal body! Smoke/Pet Free – I like questions and talking!
